FP 2003 Email Form & post to web data base

I have spent hours trying to find what I have done wrong. I created a form
for our website to collect information from a customer that I wish to both
email me with the info (my email is on my host which has the extensions).
The submit button acts like it is sending the info, but I never receive it,
nor does it confirm or anything. I have tried every variation of info off
the tutorial, but I don't know what I am doing wrong and at this point I am
frustrated. Please Help - ANYONE!!!
