Hvorfor blir det sånn at når jeg setter inn en fotnote så blir resten av
siden min blank. Ikke bare den siden, men den foran og bak også. Slik var det
ikke på den forrige word-versjonen...

What you are describing can happen when there is a continuous section break
on the page. The reason is that Word is trying to prevent footnotes from
different sections to occur on the same page. See the following article for
