There is a end shift report I run here at work, and when I run the report
everything is fine, but when I go to forward it to someone else, there is an
x employee that pops up in the to box next to mine name.

I have tried clearing the cache with no luck, and I have deleted and redid
my outlook profile, and that didn't work either.

any advice ?

No what i mean is i fill out the report and i send to everyone who needs it
including myself ..

now as a couple of days later someone asks for the report, i open the email
that i sent myself and open the report and hit forward and when i do that in
the to box is my name followed by a ; and another employees name that is no
longer with the company ..

thanks hope that helps explain it better ..

Ok, so, just to clarify.

You send yourself an email.
You open it and hit Forward.

At that point, the To line is already populated with two addresses?

Does this happen for *any* email, or just these reports?

Ok, it sounds like the report is a custom form. Do you know who designed
it? They'll be the best person to have fix it, since those addresses are
part of the form itself, not a built in functionality of Outlook.

mmmmm not sure who designed the form will have to look into that ..

but the funny part is my computer is the only one that does it .. the other
person charge who runs the report when i am off at her desk doesnt get this
...

any thoughts on that ..

Are you the only person who receives the report? How is the report generated?

No i am not the only person who gets the report there are about half a donzen
how get it ..

it seems to be only on my computer when i forward it ..

the report is just a word doc where i fill in data and then hit send ..
thats all i know about it ..

hope that helps ..
