Hello,
Several months an employee (#1) fell sick so I had his email set to forward
to another employee (#2). I made this setting within Windows Server 2003 -
Users directory.
The employee (#1) returned to work and in the meantime the "other" employee
(#2) to whom I had the emails forwarded - left the company. I deleted
employee #2's account and currently do not see anything related to employee
#2 in my Exchange server or Windows server.
When people within the organizaton create an appointment and invite employee
#1 as an attendee - they will receive an "undeliverable" message stating that
the message could not be forwarded to employee #2.
There are no rules configured as far as I can tell. There are no forwarders
left.
This only happens with appointments and meetings created within calendar.
Regular emails are not affected.
I am at a loss here.
Thanks.
