Outlook 2003 [Tasks] Create copy

I am using TASKS to show daily assignments to employees. I have two
challenges:

1) Sometimes multiple employees are doing the same task.
I'd like to be able to copy* the created TASK and just change the Employee
name.

2) Sometimes an employee will do the same task for a number of days,
consecutive and non-consecutive.
Using Recurrence feature does not display a separate entry for each day in
TASKs. It defaults to regenerate upon completion. I need each day to
display so that we can look X days in advance and see all scheduled items. I
cannot find a setting for this?

*COPY - I'm at a loss to explain this but sometimes I can copy and paste a
TASK and then change Employee or Date, but at other times it is disabled.
I've been unable to determine what causes this behaviour.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you. I will give that a try. I'm still in learning mode but I can
usually get there with the samples. Wish me luck!

BEAUTIFUL! I simply copied and pasted your macro, added to the toolbar and
renamed the button. VOILA! Thank you so very much.
