address in the forwarded message

My colleague need to follow-up email forwarded from his boss. He reported
that the original addresses (in to and cc fields) of the receipients in the
forwarded is missing for mail forwarded by Outlook 2003. Only name can be
seen. Is there any way it can be keep in the forwarded mail?
