forwarding emails, recepient does not receive attachment

when I forward emails with attachments in outlook the receipient does not
receive attachments. can this be corrected..

Are you using Microsoft Outlook's Rich Text Format (the default)? If so,
switch to Plain Text or HTML and see if that corrects the problem.

Rich Text Format is specific to Microsoft Outlook. If your recipient uses
another email client, they may not be able to read it properly and this could
include attachments.
