e-mail attachmens don't arrive at certein recipients

when I send attachments (even small ones) to a certain e-mail address, they
receive the e-mail without attachment. If I send the same mail to someone
else and they then forward the same e-mail to that receipient, they receive
that attachment. It so far happend with this one receipient only. I checked
whether they maybe don't know how to open an attachment, but it is simply not
there.
