I get sooooooo much junk mail in an account that no one has. I got 20 so far
in the last 3 days. Countless forwards to my ISP's abuse and spam email
accounts don't seem to do anything so I want to know a way that Outlook will
automatically forward all messages in my Junk Mail box to my ISp's "support
team" I say it that way because I believe they are horrible, anyone else
have issues with Comcast and spam?

Please give me some suggestions that are better than creating a rule based
on subjct line or sender's name since they are never the same twice.

I get hundreds a day... how many oooo's do I get to use? :)

Reporting spam to your isp is a waste of time. So much is faked or from
hijacked computers, it's impossible to stop it. Get a good spam filter to
get it out of your inbox and move on...

Pointless forwarding to your ISP, all you are doing is adding to the
problem.
