forwarding emails via rules

Hi Folks,
I have an Exchange server 2003 in a Windows 2003 environment using OLK 2003
clients all fully updated. I am setting up a blank rule in Outlook to forward
or redirect mail with a specific subject line to a mailbox OUTSIDE my
organization. Now, I understand that is advised against and can be contrary
to policy, but both ourselves and the recipient is fine with that. However,
when I set up the email address in the rule to receive the forwarded email,
that mailbox does not receive any forwarded/redirected mail via the rule. It
works when I make the recipient someone internal to my network, but not when
sending to outside my network. Is there a setting I can change somewhere to
allow this to work? Thanks!
Matt
