Forwarding Rule

I have a rule that forwards to an email outside of our server. If we get
particular verbage in the subject line then it forwards to a dba outside of
the organization. If we apply this rule or test the rule internally the
message is forwarded, but if we send outside the orgnization the individual
says they are not receiving the message, although we get no return message
that it did not get sent. ANy direction on this would be appreciated.

Exchange doesn't allow auto-forwards to go to the Internet by default.

Under Global Settings, Internet Message Format, Default properties, check
"Allow automatic foward" on the Exchange server.

It gives me a start thanks.

This is a work around based on an additional system not currently working,
can I set this just for 1user ?

No idea. It's been a while since I worked on the Exchange admin side of
the house. Could ask in microsoft.public.exchange.admin.
