Forwarding email

I have 3 separate email accounts in windows mail; however whenever I forward
an email from the primary account to one of the others, it will not be
received in their account and I will receive a copy in mine (sometimes I will
receive 3 copies!).

Sounds like they are aliases for the same mailbox on the server. In that
case the first account to access the server gets everything on the server.

OK; however is there another way to set up separate accounts. We had this
with OE and it worked fine.

No matter how you set them up, if they are aliases the first account to
check will download everything. Check with the mail provider.

You can tell WinMail to leave a copy on the server for a while in the
Advanced Properties of the account.
