Forwarding Appointments as attachments in Outlook 2003

I have just "upgraded" to Office 2003 Professional and am using Outlook
2003. When I try and send multiple appointments by email attachments the
recipient is unable to open them. They appear as a "winmail_dat.renamed"
attachment that cannot be opened. The Subject also shows the message
[attachment filtered].

This same situation occurs when I try and drag and drop several appointments
into an email or several contacts.

Any help appreciated.

Hello Tark,

don't send your email as rtf send them as plain text or html.

Thomas's suggestion should take care of the problem, but note that the attachment name and filtered tag were added by an antivirus pscanner - either on your server or the recipients, not outlook.
