When I forward an e-mail with an attachment to some of my contacts they get
the e mail in computer language instead of mail format. My mail system is
Windows Mail.

Try changing the format of the message to plain text if its HTML formatted
and see if they get it okay then. Its likely due to their email software or
their ISP.
