forward email account default

I have two email address accounts in outlook. How do I change the default
address when I forward or reply to emails? It gives me two options, but
defaulted to the one I do not want.

Outlook will always use the acct that the email was sent to. You must change
it manually by selecting Accounts on the menu after choosing Reply. However
you should know that changing the reply's acct is not considered polite. The
sender might not know it is a reply.
