forward and relpy double space

When every I reply or forward a message that I recieved in Plain text it
double spaces my Signature and the previous text. Is there a way to correct
this?

Set up a plain text signature. If you have two signatures, for example
whose file names are both, say, "MySig", but whose types are .txt and .htm,
Outlook will use the one whose format matches your message when it adds the
signature.

Thank-you I fouond them under User/Application/Microsoft/Signatures and fixed
them there.
