I have created a form using frontpage 2003. When people fill out the form
and submit it, It comes back to me as
T-17 Shank You VBC
1-1 Yes
and so on.
How do I get the form I made to come back to me with the questions and
answers that were on the form?
If somebody could give me steps on how to do this it would be much appreciated

Rename the fields to something that makes sense...Name, Email, etc., Then make sure you set the form properties to Save the field name.
