Forms and prices

Is it possible to have a form that you when someones clicks a certain item it
will bring up the price and then total it at the bottom? Will this have to be
done via a database?

Yes, it would via database unless you really want to hard code of the pricing into the page, which a
smart user could change. Suggest you consider using a shopping cart application or PayPal.
