I'm trying to format my hard drive. I have XP and I have all the CD's for this. I insert the CD and reboot my machine as explained. I then get a message that say's "Cannot normally execute the initial setting of partition information. This utility exits and your computer is rebooted

I've tried deleteing the paritition and creating a new one, but to no avail. I've even tried deleting it but it won't disappear

Please help
