i thought i was pretty smart, but this one has got me beat!bought a
secondhand hd to use as a backup, connected, no probs, checked for bad
segments etc , no probs, checked properties, wow, empty disc has 6gb on it,
clicked disc, one solitary file in docs and settings containg 6kb, and
appears to be a yahoo file.no sweat, format the disc, trouble,"windows
cannot format " message, run file shredder, "cannot delete as associated
file is missing" seems original owner must have deleted the programmes
instead of uninstalling, so i dont even know what they are! HELP someone out
