Formating extra drive in fat32

hi, i have an extra drive that i need in fat 32, how do i
do this in xp? please help
 
XP cannot reformat a partition to FAT32. To do that, you need third-party
software. Consider Partitionmagoc.

XP can re-format partitions to FAT32 as long as they are not larger then
32GB's :-)
