Format Utility in XPe

Hi,
I want to know what component includes the Format Utility in WES? I've
already added these ones:

-GUI based Format Common Librairies
- FAT
- FAT Format
-FAT Format/Tools
-FAT to NTFS Conversion
-FAT/NTFS Comm Format/Tools Files
-NTFS
-NTFS Format
-NTFS Format Tools
-NTFS Management Utility
-Format Common User Interface
What am I missing??

It should be in this component: FAT/NTFS Common Format/Tools Files

In fact, what I'm looking for is the "format..." options in the context menu
when you right-click on a drive in "My Computer". I want to do it
programmatically with SHFormatDrive function to pop the window but it does
nothing with either methods (actual code work on XP Pro).
