XPe unmountable_boot_volume

On my pc that has the Target designer software installed, I also have a
blank Hd on the secondary and I'm formatting that with NTFS, marked as
primary. Then once I've got my image built I copy it to the secondary hd.
The folders that get copied are Windows, Program Files, Documents and
Setting, boot.ini, ntldr, NTDETECT.com,WERUNTIME.INI. From there I take the
secondary HD and hook it up as the master on my target machine. From that
point I'm under the impressions that upon bootup the FBA is suppose to take
over and register everything. However, I'm getting a BSOD with the message
unmountable_boot_volume.

When I open up the image in Target Designer I've NT Loader, NTFS, NTFS
Format, NTFS format Tools, and NTFS Management Utility. I do not have
anything included that is FAT

..The stop error is..

0X000000ED(0X85f0c7b8,0xc000185,0x0000000,0x00000000)

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks

Thanks for the help, but I've got my images working now. The only thing
that I changed was... when you attempt to format a secondary HD, (Right
click on the drive and choose format) you get the choice of the cluster
size(I believe it is cluster size Allocation Unit Size) I had been leveing
it set to default unit size, but for some reason i moved to 2048 and that
worked. I'm not sure that was the cause of it, or it was sheer luck.
