I'm a bit annoyed and cofused by this, so maybe someone can help.

When I go to set my form results to reach me by e-mail, it comes up stuff about frontpage server extensions and server resource kits?

What does all this mean? Please help!

You need the front page server extensions installed on your server so that the
form handler can be used to send you the email.
