setting up e-mail options?

Guest

I am trying to create a website on 1and1.com, and whenI try to post a form
that will e-mail results to me I get this error.

'The FrontPage Server Extensions have not been configured to send e-mail.
Please direct your system administrator or Internet Service Provider to the
instructions in 'Setting Up Your E-mail Options on Windows' or 'Setting up
Email options on UNIX' in the Server Extensions Resource Kit.

I have looked at all the post online and they all direct me to and IIS. I
cannot even find this option anywhere. I am a novice at this stuff. Running
XP pro and FP 2002

This must be done on the *remote* server, not your local machine. Contact
your host.
