form results not being sent

When I try to send results from a form to my e-mail address, I get this error
message:

"This form is being created on a Disk=Based Web or the FrontPage Server
Extensions have not been configured to send e-mail. Please direct your
system administrator or Internet Service Provider to the instructions in
"Setting up E-mail Options on Windows" or "Setting Up E-mail Options on UNIX"
in the Server Extensions Resource Kit. If you do not have the Server
Extensions Resource Kit, you can find it at
http://www.microsoft.com/frontpage/wpp/serk.

Would you like to remove the e-mail recipient?"

website is hosted by earthlink, url: www.oxfordco.com

Thank you for any help, I'm still learning this stuff!

Have you directed your system administrator or Internet Service Provider to
the instructions on "Setting up E-mail Options on Windows" or "Setting Up
E-Mail Option on UNIX" in the Server Extensions Resource Kit yet?

Also, make sure that you publish your web site through http and not FTP.
Publshing through FTP doesn't enable FrontPage to talk with the web server
and make sure that the form handlers are working correctly. If you can't
publish through http, then it usually means that the FP Server Extensions
are not installed correctly.

Hope this helps,
