Form doesn't work

First, I created a "form page" but the "submit" button doesn't send the info anywhere yet......I've gone to form properties but I don't know what option to choose? If I choose "send to file name" the look in window offers a folder on my pc (which won't do any good once the page is published to the server)-
My preference is to send the form results to my email address, but that is the 2nd option. I typed in may email address and I got an error message about "form being created on disk-based web or the FrontPage Server extensions have not been configured to send email.........

anyway, can't get my form to work. please help! thanks

Make sure you have a web open, then create the form, with your email address, say no to the message
about removing the email address because you do not have the extensions when you save the form.

Next you must publish the form to server that has the FP extensions via FP's http mode. The form
will work as long as the host has the extensions configured to processes email. You may need to use
an email address that is within your domain.
