Help needed for Frontpage form

My version of Frontpage does not have a form wizard. I created a form, but
cannot format how to submit it.
Instead of having the option to "Send to: Filename or Email or database" the
only option I am able to access is "Send to Other: Custom ISAPI, NSAPI, CGI
or ASP Script; Discussion form handler; Registration form handler"
How do I get to submit the form to my email?

What is the version of your FP?

Which version of FrontPage? Does your host support FrontPage Extensions?

If FrontPage 2000, and your host supports FrontPage extensions, then:
with the local web open,
Tools->Page Options
Compatibility Tab
Tick the box: Enabled with Microsoft FrontPage Server Extensions

In FrontPage 2003 and your host supports FrontPage extensions:
Tools->Page Options
Authoring Tab
Tick the box: Browse Time Web Components

FrontPage 2002 will be similar to one of the above.
