forgot user account login for admin

Hi,
Win xp pro
Lost user account login for admin and have no disk for password recovery. Is
there a way around this problem so I can change password and get into the
admin account?

No. What good would a password be if it could be easily bypassed?

There is only a way through Windows if you left it there such as the
Default Administrator not having a password, access through another
Administrator etc.

You can still get in, you just may need to use one of the more drastic
steps near the bottom of the link Carey gave.
Anything less would be no security.
