Forgot ADMIN PSW

I changed my Admin PSW on win xp professional. When I try to login even
though I set up a PSW hint I can not get to it becasue I use the
classic view which does not show the '?' to get the PSW hint. The only
other account is a limited account that I can login into but will not
allow me edit or change any thing. Please help. All I need is to see
this admin password hint. Is there a way to display it.

Simply log in using the built-in Administrator account (which
cannot be deleted) and modify the desired account(s). By design, the
only way to log into the Administrator account of WinXP Home is to
reboot into Safe Mode. For WinXP Pro, pressing CTRL+ALT+DEL twice at
the Welcome Screen will produce the standard login dialog box.
