User and Admin PW invalid

I have an employee who changed the admin password on the computer and the
user PW is something random that I would not be able to guess. I've tried
rebooting in Safe Mode and getting to the ADMIN login however as I mentioned
earlier, the PW was changed. Is there a way to override the login screens to
be able to enter the system?

Use NTpasswd to change the built-in Administrator account's password to a
blank.

Download the .iso for the bootable CD, use third-party burning software to
burn as an image, not as data. Read the instructions on the website.
