Forgot Admin Password

Yeah, I know.... how stupid!! But is there anyway to
change the Admin password, clear it whatever without
having to create a new Workgroup?

if you hold down ALT and press F11 on the Log-In screen
(in access) that will open up the code builder allowing
you to view your usename and password!

I may be doing something wrong: I double-click the
shortcut that has the path to the workgroup file; the log-
in screen comes up; I press ALT F11 & nuttin happens?
