Can't get access as an admin

Using Access 97 and WRKGADM.EXE

I'm new here but need to administrate our databases but no one know how. No
one even knows the admin password (database developer is long gone). Is
there anyway to some way obtain complete access to the databases the
workgroups is seemingly blocking me from?

not mess with until you first download, study, and fully understand
