Right-click on your Desktop and select:
New > Shortcut, then browse to the
C:\Windows\System32 folder. Chose
your desired screensaver, such as "sspipes.scr",
click next and finish.

But, as David Candy pointed out to a suggestion of mine, that will *not*
give the security side if you want a password to be required on leaving
the saver
