when i right click on my cd rom or bruner drive expolorer encounters a
rpobelm and has to shut down the 2 errors i get from eventvwr are:

1) Fault bucket 127106076.

Do you have the latest Service Pack/Updates?
If not, get them!

If you have your Windows CD, you can use it to repair your system (maybe):
Go to Start > Run(or command prompt)
Copy and paste this into it:
sfc /scannow
(Note-there is a space after "sfc")
Press the "Enter" key
A scan will run and, if it finds corrupted files, you will be prompted to
repair/replace them from your CD.
