Lsass.exe error keep rebooting

I search on 100 news group about this problem. It not a virus! i
verify all virus that use lsass and no trace of virus 99% sure. It
something else, can somebody help me about this. I got 40 workstations
with this problem. They are all windows xp Sp1 with lastest Mcafee
Enterprise DAT.

Faulting application lsass.exe, version 5.1.2600.1106, faulting module
unknown, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x00000000.

There are at least two viruses that use lsass, spybot and sasser... keep
looking...
or try Norton's site for fixes.

I try to scan with mcafee, nothing.... it not a virus 100% sure, it
something else... there nothing in registry in run...
Other ideas.
