cd drive crashes

!!!!!!!!!!THIS ONLY HAPPENS WHEN I RIGHT CLICK ON THE CD DRIVES!!!!
i have recieved responses for problems similar that involve all prgrams
short cuts etc but it is only when i click on the cd drives

when i right click on my cd rom or bruner drive expolorer encounters a
rpobelm and has to shut down the 2 errors i get from eventvwr are:

i have all the lastest service packs etc

it's probably something in the context menu,
this http://windowsxp.mvps.org/context_folders.htm has been recomended by
others
