Fonts have vanished in Office XP 2003 Pro

All fonts (except Times New Roman) have vanished in all apps of Office XP Pro 2003, yet can be seen with Word Pad. Any ideas how to get Office to recognize the fonts stored in Windows XP? No other fonts are visible in the drop down window accessed through Format/Font. Is it odd that in this window it displays Device Font 10 cpi, Device Font 12 cpi, and Device Font 17 cpi?

Any ideas???

Hats off to Andre for suggesting the fix. Re-installed the printer and the fonts are back!
