Font size too small in Help windows

I'm suddenly getting a problem with the font size in the Help windows of all
my programs - or at least all the programs that use the standard Windows XP
kind of help window, like all Office progams or Task Manager, or Notepad -
you name it. The font is so small the help files are illegible. Apart from
this all my default Windows fonts are displaying perfectly normally.

Can't think what I may recently have done to cause this, and I can't find
any way to restore the settings. Can anyone help, please?

1. Internet Explorer menu item View > Text size > Medium.
2. Tools > Internet Options > Accessibility button > Ignore font sizes
specified on Web pages > tick.

There are many ways you can change the font size or you may have
changed them without knowing it. Rightclick center of screen and click
Properties, then click the Appearance tab. Bottom of window you can
change the font size. Also, you can change your resolution for your screen/
monitor settings to a lower or higher resolution which will also change the
size of the fonts. A simple way to change the font size immediately so you
can read small print easier, if you have a mouse with a scroll button, is to
hold down the Ctrl button on keyboard and roll the scroll button which will
increase and/or decrease the fonts.

System Restore can be very useful for sudden changes like this. Restore
to a time when things worked properly.

Start>Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Restore
"Restore my computer to an earlier time".
