font problem 'taxoma'

in my control panel if you click the fonts I see a screen with examples of
them in a box. I can't open taxoma.ttf font I use a regular fixer ex Norton
windoctor & says always an error with this font. what program uses this? I
also have office 2003 pro & that font isn't use there. I think this file
corrupt & how can I fix it ? if I delete it says cant read from source &
scanned the disk for errors & none & no virus or Trojan.

or is this font not real?

taxoma.ttf is not a valid font. Did you mean tahoma.ttf ??

Try rebooting in Safe Mode and then try deleting taxoma.ttf.

To start the computer in safe mode
