Font default in Design a Form

I designed a "No Reply All & No Forward" e-mail form in Outlook.
The trouble is my text font keeps defaulting back to Arial 10 in blue,
whenever I open this personal form - no matter how many times I try to change
it under FORMAT>FONT and TOOLS>OPTIONS>GENERAL>E-MAIL OPTIONS>PERSONAL
STATIONERY.
So any ideas please, on how I change my default text font in Design a Form?

The default font in a custom form is that set in Outlook in Tools | Options
| Mail Format | Font.

Thanks Sue, but in TOOLS>OPTIONS>MAIL FORMAT>FONTS my chosen font is 14pt
Garamond. In my personal e-mail form, under FORMAT>FONTS I have selected
14pt Garamond. And under TOOLS>OPTIONS>GENERAL>EMAIL OPTIONS>PERSONAL
STATIONERY I have also selected 14pt Garamond.

Yet every time I open my designed "No Reply All & No Forward" new blank
e-mail in Personal Forms Library, the font keeps defaulting to 10pt Arial in
blue!!
Any help in solving this issue, most welcome.
