Folders view in "My Computer"

As it now is, when I double click on "My Computer" (on the
desktop), it comes up without the Folders View panel. Of
course, I can then click on "Folders" on the Standard
Button toolbar which then inserts the Folders View panel.

How can I force the Folders View panel to appear when I
first click on "My Computer" so that I do not need to
click on the "Folders" button???
