Folders in OWA

Hi
We have a memeber of staff who has created a number of custom folders on her
outlook so she can sort out her e mail in different folders. The problem is
that these folders only appear when she accesses her e mail via OWA. If she
accesses using standard outlook 2002 the folders do not appear.
Any Solutions?

Make sure she's looking at the complete Folder List view in OL2003. Then see
if she can find them.
