Folders Disappearing Out of InBox Favorites

Running Office 2003, upgraded from Office XP (2002). After dragging and
dropping some folders from "Al Mail Folders" to Favorite Folders one or two
dissappear each time I close and reopen Outlook. Any idea what's happening
here?

I've tried repairing Outlook. The system reports that the repair succeeded,
but the problem remains.

In re-reading my post I see that I need to make two corrections/clarifications.
1) It should read "All Mail Folders" not "Al Mail Folders"
2) The entries in "Favorite Folders" are disappearing, not the original
folders.
