Favorites's folder problem (disappearing subfolders)

Hello everybody,

There is one strange problem to my user’s pc (XP sp3) with outlook 2003. I add a folder to the Favorites folder and after closing and restarting Outlook every added folder to Favorites has disappeared. I have already tried the /resetnavpane but the problem still exists.
Any suggestions,please?
