Folder secific rule to move all messages to another folder

I am looking for a way to establish a rule that automatically moves all
messages that appear in the Sent email folder on my exchange server to
a folder in a pst that I have on the local machine. I want to have a
similar rule for all of the messages that appear in the Drafts folder
on the exchange server, i want these moved to another pst on my local
machine. I don't want any conditions on either rule other than
everything that appears in the drafts or sent mail server folders
should be moved to my local psts. I have played around with this a bit
but can't seem to find a way to limit the rule to the specific folder.
Is what I am describing possible? If so, what are the steps to set
this rule up.

rules run as mail arrives - so it won't work on drafts. you can set up an
after sending rule to handle sent mail.
