Rule for 2day old messages in a specific folder

I place postings on craigslist and get replies. Right now, I have a
rule that replies to those messages, then moves them in a pending
folder. When someone contacts me, I take the message out of the
pending folder. I'd like to run a rule that checks that folder for
any message two days old, and reply with a follow up message. All I
can see is to specify a date range, so I change it every day and run
the rule. Is there a way to specify all messages in that folder that
are 2 days old?

no, not with rules but if you use 2003/2007, you could make a search folder
to show you the 2 day old mail.
