Folder order

Without intending to change anything, suddenly today the order in which files
and folders appear in my Word drop down windows has changed. I used to have
folders appear first and then files - and all in alphabetic order. Now files
appear first and then folders and nothing is alphabetic. Any help?
 
Change the view to Details if necessary, then click on the Name header.
Alternatively, right-click in an empty area of the window and choose Arrange
Icons By > Name.
