order of file names

When I open or save file in Word, I have suddenly the alphabetical order up
and down, the last stay first.
How can I change the order into the normal, A in the beginning?

If the dialog is displaying any other view except Details, change it to
Details. Then click the header of the Name column. Each click reverses the
order. You can also click the other columns, for example to sort by date.
When you change the view again, it will retain the most recent sort order.
