Folder opens on startup

During startup the windows installer opens and tries to
install one of theprograms on my computer. I must cancel
the installer for the startup process to continue. How do
I keep this from happening?

What program is it? If it's one of the MS Office components then it
could be that you need to put in the Office CD and let it finish the
installation. Otherwise you can download from MS the Microsoft
Installing Clean up Utility.
